About Max

Attended Oakland Community College after high school and moved all over the country. I have lived in California, Florida, and Colorado after growing up in Michigan my whole life! I have always struggled with my weight and when I was a Junior at Catholic Central High School my dad and brother were selected to go on NBC’s The Biggest Loser which is what jump started my fitness journey.

I went to Fitness Ridge in Utah working on my mental, physical health. At my lowest I had lost over 200 pounds but with life, failed relationships, and struggles I had put some weight back on. At that point I decided to quit my job in business management and go back to school to become a personal trainer.

I packed up my life and moved to Colorado to attend the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado where I graduated at the top of my class and graduated with honors. I am certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a certified TRX Coach. I also have special certifications in Corrective Exercise, Training Older Adults, and Training Youth Clients.

I know how difficult and miserable it can be not being uncomfortable in your own skin and do not want anyone to ever feel that way so I have committed myself to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals all while I continue my journey! YOU CAN, YOU WILL, YOU’RE STRONG, YOU’RE WORTH IT!

About Chelsea

I graduated from Michigan State University where I studied Communications with a minor in Dance. I developed a passion for fitness during my time at MSU and it became something I could see a future career in. During my last year at school I worked at Elements Diet and Fitness where I instructed Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba classes. After I graduated college I worked a number of different desk jobs in an attempt to find something I would love to do for the rest of my life.

Fitness was always in the back of my mind and always something I wanted to do but I was too nervous to take the plunge. Finally, with the encouragement of my boyfriend (now husband), I made the leap and got certified as a Personal Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I also hold a current certification in CPR and First Aid/AED and am currently studying for a certification in Nutrition.

Deciding to get certified and quit my desk job was the best decision I have ever made. Fitness is a true passion of mine and I love sharing that passion with others and helping them feel confident and beautiful in their own bodies!

About Vinnie

City boy born and raised in Michigan! Graduated from Western Michigan University with a BBA in supply chain management. After that I sat behind a desk for three years hating life and just said enough is enough. I changed it all forever when I quit my job for mental health and began to go to NPTI where I got my diploma in personal training. My main focus is on making you stronger in every aspect of life. Whether that be using heavier barbell movements, battle rope variations or my favorite the kettlebell! Let’s FINISH STRONG TOGETHER!

About Sam

I developed a love of working out in my late teens. When I was 21, a labral tear resulted in a hip surgery that gave me a completely different perspective. Learning how to modify and work through my recovery made me more passionate than ever. I wanted to help other people feel good about themselves and be healthier. After being miserable at various desk jobs, I finally got my NASM-CPT and I’ve never looked back! I started with our 4Ever team as a coach in 2016 and have grown through many changes with this company, including taking on the Facility Leader role.

About Maricia

Between dance, pom, yoga, and a regular gym membership, I have been living an active lifestyle for over 20years. Suffering from anxiety and depression, yoga and working out grounded me in a way that’s unexplainable. It helped me love my insecurities and guided me through some very tough times; including my most recent injury that led to shoulder surgery. All I’ve ever wanted to do was help people the same way fitness has helped me. To do these things, I went to yoga training to obtain my 200RYT and followed that up with a NASM personal training and group fitness certification. My original “life plan” involved business management and customer service, but my love for yoga pulled me into the fitness industry full time. Walking away from my desk job was easily the best decision I have ever made.

About Joel

I have been with 4EverFit for 11 months now and have loved every second of being here. The team, the members, the culture, and the list goes on! I got into fitness roughly 5 years ago, and it was because I was naturally skinny and wanted to develop muscle. I will be attending Wayne State in the fall to continue my degree in exercise science.

Aside from my fitness background, when I am not studying or working, I like to spend a lot of time invested in my church community. Whether it’s volunteering projects, bible study, or just fellowship at coffee shops. I love every aspect of it!
